What You’ll Learn

Mark O’Connell with 1st Tribal Lending will provide information and answer questions about:

  • Low down payment options — potentially as low as approximately 1%, depending on the situation
  • Purchasing or refinancing a home
  • Construction and renovation loans
  • Using Section 184 financing on tribal, trust, fee-simple, or leased land, subject to applicable HUD requirements and approval
  • Options for first-time homebuyers and current homeowners
  • How Section 184 differs from conventional, FHA, and VA financing
  • The application and lending process and what you may need to get started

Have Leased Land? Come Learn About Your Options!

One important topic we will discuss is the ability to potentially use a Section 184 loan on tribal leased land with HUD approval. If you have wondered whether building or purchasing a home on leased land is possible, this meeting is an opportunity to learn more and ask questions directly.
