Capital Projects oversees the planning, development, and management of infrastructure and facilitates projects withing the Tribal community. They’re responsible for ensuring the successful execution of capital projects, including construction, maintenance, and logistics, while supporting cultural and operational needs of the community. They collaborate closely with Tribal leadership, elders, and community members to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and culturally respectful solutions.

What We Do:

Tribal Housing Construction: Lead and manage construction projects for Tribal housing, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards while incorporating culturally appropriate designs.

Fleet Management: Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and efficient operation of the Tribal fleet to support community projects and operations.

Property Management: Manage Tribal properties, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and compliance with Tribal regulations.

Marina & Storage Facility Management: Supervise operations, maintenance, and improvements of marina and storage facilities to support economic and community activities.

Building & Road Maintenance: Ensure ongoing maintenance and repairs for buildings, roads, and other infrastructure, promoting safety and longevity.

Community Support: Collaborate with tribal programs to provide support for community members and Tribal elders, addressing needs and enhancing quality of life.

Logistics Coordination: Manage procurement, material handling, transportation, and other logistical functions critical to project success.

Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop long-term plans for capital projects, monitor progress, and report to Tribal leadership on project status, budget, and outcomes.
